Frequently asked questions
1. When is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out (cottage/room cleaned) by noon (12). Tents and caravans can stay until 3 pm.
2. Where are showers and toilets?
There are showers and toilets in the main building. The cottages do not have toilets or showers of their own, but there are chemical toilets and showers close to the cottages. Rooms have a shower and toilet of their own.
3. Drinking water?
The tap water is suitable for drinking. For bigger containers you can have water from shower.
4. How to pay?
Individual reservations can be paid upon arrival. Methods of payment: cash, bankcard, major credit cards and visa electron. Groups by agreement.
5. Linen and towels?
Mattresses, pillows and blankets are included. You can bring the linen of your own or rent them from us (8 euros/person, including a small and a big towel and linen).
6. The area is non-alcoholic?
We do not sell or allow consumption of alcohol (or drugs) in our area. Also staying here under influence is prohibited. (The persons not obeying this will be asked to leave the area without any refund.)
7. How about smoking?
Although we would prefer you not to smoke due to health concerns, it is allowed outdoors.
8. Is there a place to grill (open fire)?
There are two places - one with shelter and the other open-air. The wood is included in the accommodation fees. You are also welcome to use your own equipment, as long as you take care of the security.
9. Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Pets are welcome as long you will take care of thorough cleaning before checking out. Pets are not allowed by the sand beach, but for example dogs can have a swim at the northern rock beach.
10. Changing or cancelling the reservation?
Individual reservation can be changed or cancelled for free by 6 pm the day before arrival. Otherwise we'll charge the first night and other extra services. Groups and special events by agreement.
